These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DenseNet platform and services. By deploying our inference nodes or accessing our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
DenseNet provides a next-generation telemetry platform for spatial density analysis. By using any part of the system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. License and Usage
- Software License: DenseNet is provided under its respective open-source or proprietary licenses.
- Permitted Use: You may use DenseNet for lawful spatial analysis, crowd management, and behavioral research.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use DenseNet for unauthorized surveillance, identifying individuals without consent, or any activity that violates international human rights standards.
3. Edge Node Responsibility
Operators are responsible for the physical security and configuration of Edge Inference Nodes.
- You must ensure cameras are deployed in compliance with local laws.
- You are responsible for maintaining the
cameras.jsonconfiguration and ensuring spatial normalization accuracy.
4. System Integrity
- You agree not to attempt to breach the Signal Orchestrator or interfere with the real-time sync protocol.
- Unauthorized modification of the YOLO-based inference pipeline to bypass privacy filters is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
DenseNet is provided "as is". While we strive for SOTA precision, we are not liable for any tactical decisions made based on the telemetry data provided by the platform.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect the evolution of our spatial intelligence architecture. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the Signal Orchestrator for users who violate these Terms or use the platform for unethical surveillance.
