Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
Welcome to DenseNet. Your privacy is paramount to our mission of providing secure, decentralized spatial intelligence. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data within the DenseNet ecosystem.
1. Data Collection at the Edge
DenseNet is designed with a Privacy-First architecture.
- Raw Optical Data: All raw video and image feeds are processed locally at the Edge Inference Nodes. Raw data never leaves your local hardware and is never transmitted to our servers.
- Metadata Generation: The system transforms raw pixels into anonymous behavioral metadata (e.g., density counts, occupancy grids). Only this non-identifiable metadata is broadcast to the Signal Orchestrator.
2. Information We Collect
When you interact with our platform, we may collect:
- Account Information: If you use our Tactical Dashboard, we collect identity information via our auth provider (Clerk) to manage your access.
- System Logs: Anonymous telemetry about node health and performance to ensure system reliability.
- Configuration Data: Respective coordinates for spatial normalization provided by operators.
3. Data Sovereignty
DenseNet ensures Absolute Data Sovereignty. You own your data.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your metadata to third parties.
- Metadata is used exclusively for providing real-time tactical overviews to authorized operators.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with verified SOTA providers for specific platform functions:
- Clerk: Identity and authentication management.
- Supabase/Neon: Encrypted persistence for system logs and metadata.
- Vercel: Secure hosting for the Tactical Dashboard.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the metadata generated by your nodes.
- Request deletion of your account information.
- Audit your local inference pipelines to verify data handling.
